Question 1

Do I book with Health First Centre or with the practice?

Accepted Answer

Book directly with the practice you'd like to see. Each practice at the centre manages its own appointments, fees and records. If you're unsure which practice you need, reception can help on (08) 8396 2929.

Question 2

Is Health First Centre the same as Health First Chiropractic?

Accepted Answer

Not quite. Health First Chiropractic is one of the practices at the centre, and its directors set up Health First Centre in 2022. The other practices are independent businesses that consult from the same building.

Question 3

Is there parking at Health First Centre?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are ten free car parks on site, plus a dedicated accessible bay, with more parking nearby. The car park is at the front of the building on Deborah Grove.

Question 4

Is the centre wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The centre is on one level with step-free entry, wide automatic doors, an accessible toilet and an accessible parking bay close to the entrance.

Question 5

Do I need a referral?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the practice and how your appointment is funded. You don't need a referral to see a chiropractor or remedial massage therapist privately. Some appointments, such as Medicare-rebated psychology sessions, need a referral from your GP. Check with the practice when you book.
